Lots of cute clothing on sale! I found so many things it was hard to choose. And I got more discounts at the register! I’ll be shopping here going forward and hopefully persuading my family and friends to go with! The quality is awesome too.
I chose this place because it's so well organized, very clean and no rowdy kids running around without their parents supervision. I don't have a hard time looking for pair of shoes cause they're all together in one organized and specific area. But the store in West Valley is completely messy and seems like nobody cares other than one employee asking so many times about applying for a kohl's charge which is very annoying at times.
I really enjoy this Kohl's location. Everything is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly. Occasionally lines at checkout can be a bit long without staff at registers, which is frustrating when you are just trying to buy a couple items, but it's usually not bad.
I am disgusted at the way I was treated during my most recent visit. Shauna was our cashier. When she rang up our merchandise, she was flippant in tossing our purchases onto the counter after scanning them. She ignored us and chatted with a nearby co worker while she was scanning and plopping our items in the counter, then proceeded to complain about her co worker asking her questions and blamed it on him being "new". She asked if we had an account with Kohl's and when I said we did not, she asked if we would like to sign up for one. Before I even had a chance to ask about the program or answer her question, she cut me off and told me the total of our purchase. After I paid, she slid the receipt across the counter to me, instead of PUTTING IT IN MY OUTSTRETCHED HAND. THIS IS RETAIL RESPECT 101. If someone's hand is out waiting for heir change or receipt or whatever, the most disrespectful thing you can do is put it on the counter. Get it together Shauna.
Found the item that I wanted. Layout of the store is good. Employees there are helpful. I definitely enjoy it when I shop at Kohl's.
