I have used these guys now 2 times and each time they have come out promptly and performed the work perfectly. The last time the guy who was running our power had to dig a ditch... it started pouring down rain but he never stopped therefore getting the job cone a day earlier than if he had given up. Very professional!
In all fairness, they are very professional electricians. We have used them before with both business and personal projects. Called to schedule service with the secretary. She was friendly but unable to help. She suggested we text Kyle. Sent Kyle 6 texts over 4 days that showed delivered and read, with no response. To be put on indefinite text hold is pathetic. Called Any Hour and they responded instantly and job is in progress!
Cannot get them to answer the phone or respond to emails
Kyle came to our house and was very kind. He gave us the lowest quote of all the companies we brought in. I called him and left a message that same day asking to schedule the job. I also texted him shortly after calling. I didn't hear back that day so I called his cell phone again the next day as well as the office phone. No answer and no returned calls. It wasn't until two days later that I got a text to schedule the job. We had already called and scheduled it with the next cheapest bid. If you're busy and can't handle smaller jobs like mine, just say so from the beginning and neither of us need to waste our time. There really is no excuse for no responses to phone calls and messages, especially when we are trying to give you our business.
Grant is awesome. Great family run business. Grant was honest, willing to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions we had AND spend time consulting for things we didn't think about but needed to know. Not only that but their prices are more competitive than anybody else we had come out. Couldn't be happier to have him and his team come out and work on our project. And they did it within the timeframe they said it'd be done.
