Staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce is always so fresh, the meat is always cleaned up (no huge chunks of fat on chicken breasts), and the bakery is to die for! Unfortunately, sometimes they don't carry less common items that I need for recipes and I end up having to go to Smith's to get them.
Ordered a birthday cake and paid for the cake over a week in advance. Showed up on time to pick up the cake 20 mins before my party. Not the cake I ordered. I took my little 6 year old boy to pick out his cake. How devastated he was on his birthday. They told us that they sold out of them. Why no phone call? Why no customer service? So over priced we buy everything from dicks and never again
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with customer service at this location, stunningly rude.. Very surprising because Dick's in Bountiful is amazing! We will stick with Bountiful from now on.
The selection (in relation to other stores around it) like Walmart etc is so much better. You have bulk food and the bakery is awesome and has tons to choose from and they have dried fruit! They also encourage you to get healthy from the parking lot.
The bakery is wonderful, with lots of different selections of pastries that are baked fresh daily. The rest of the store is what you would expect from a smaller grocery store. A good produce department but fairly limited selection. Expect a bit of a slower pace in the check-out, and the prices will be a little more than it bigger stores. All in all a good place to shop.
