We love eating here! They always treat us like family. We eat here at least once or twice a month. We have had some trouble in order to go orders, but when some errors are made, they correct them by sending us free meal coupons and treat us with wonderful respect and apologize profusely. This Chilli's has provided a disappointing experience for me consistently. I've given them numerous "second chances" but have walked away disappointed again. Long waits, poor service, and mediocre food.
This restaurant is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the food is delicious. I will go here just to grab a Milton chocolate lava cake with friends or to take a date on a weekend night. Great for all occasions. You won't be disappointed.
Been to this location many times. This time we were sat at a tall table in the bar area. When we asked be in a booth to accommodate our small children the hostess resisted and said it would be at least 15 minutes. I was surprised since we were the only ones in the waiting area at all. While talking to her our 3-year-old banged his head on the corner of the table and began crying. The hostess didn't seem to care so we left. While getting in our a car a group that was at a booth walked out no more than a couple minutes after us. I get they need to rotate and keep all servers sections evenly distributed but this was handled very poorly. We can just visit other locations to avoid this in the future.
Chili's was delicious! Got there early - it was pretty empty. Got the Cajun Chicken Pasta and enjoyed it! Paid an extra $2 for tableside guac - and I wish the chef had made it instead...
