Great location, spacious units, good people to do business with. Like any business you need to give notice when leaving, it's common courtesy and a normal business practice. If you sign an agreement to lease you should plan on honoring it, not crying when your plans change.
I can't say enough good things about Brandon, Kathy and their staff. They have always been courteous and professional. Their facility is safe and secure and I have always had peace of mind knowing my valuables are secure. They are great people to work with and they always have a positive attitude and are willing to help you with any challenges or questions you may have. I would choose this facility over any over again.
One of the worst rip offs ever. I paid six months in advance and now I don't need it. They refuse to refund, they will not try to re-rent it to recoup some loss. They refuse to work with us in any way. Don't rent here!! They are not dealing with good will. Run Away, I wish I had.
