Depends on who is working, they are all helpful, some just friendlier than others and more willing to interact w/you. My boys LOVE the place though and can't get enough!

My daughter could spend hours here, if I let her. But I don't. Just long enough to play a game and choose a new one. Very knowledgeable staff.
Great place if you're a gamer but if you're a lay person purchasing for a loved one, staff offers little help and gives you little time and acts like they know nothing because they don't want to spend time explaining in order to make a simple sale. Will also rip you off if you don't have knowledge of the best deals for a given game.
