The gentlemen that work here are very nice, helpful and professional. They helped me understand my phone's features and little tricks to help me get used to the phone. The two guys that helped me the most is Dexter and Jeremy. If you go into the Sprint Store, you should ask for them. They also called me a few days after getting the phone to see if I have any questions or concerns. They did an awesome job and I will be returning for accessories.
