Home Depot is inexpensive but is more geared towards the professional/contractor than the regular person. You can always find anything you need and they have great prices. I love their plants in the summer, they are a little more expensive than I would like but they have a huge selection. The people are less friendly than Lowe’s but are always ready and willing to quickly help. *I am adding this. I went here yesterday and found a stack of orchid pots that the orchids had died and had been thrown out that were really pretty. I asked the sales lady if I could buy them, she said sure and gave me a price tag of the same price as the little terra cotta pots (.87 cents) and I left the store with six gorgeous pots! So I am updating my review to reflect this experience.
Seriously great customer service every time I come. Tonight they went above and beyond. I had a small crew of employees all helping me figure and get what I needed for my home project. They cut down the boards just to the size I needed, pushed my jam packed cart all around the store to help out. Seriously impressed with this location.
Especially within the chaotic summer season, these guys know how to maintain organization, a balanced demeanor, and customer centered approach. Through my experience, I can tell that this trickles from the leadership team above. You can literally feel the professionalism, and standards of excellence, when you walk through the door (unlike some of their other locations and competitors). Three cheers for their consistency and making me feel like I'm the most important customer they serve.
This is my favorite Home Depot. The employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to find. The store is clean, organized, and the shelves are always stocked. Just be careful parking your freshly washed car in the parking lot near the planted islands in the summer, as the sprinklers WILL come on and ruin your wash job.
Disappointed with Home Depot and unfortunately they have lost my business. Their customer service is great....but who they use to ship goods makes me feel like Home Depot is just as incompetent. We ordered a simple range oven and there has been so many issues with getting this to us on time and as promised and as of yet after countless promises and multiple shipping issues we still don’t have it. XPO shipping and courier who was hired by Home Depot to ship for them is probably also one of the worst companies and if Home Depot management reads this consider shipping your own good to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. I will now only order for Lowes or Amazon. There are way to many issues with Home Depot shipping. Once Home Depot stops using XPO logistics and uses a competent shipping company to fulfill orders I’ll give them my business again.
